While global growth continues to wane, with Europe being no exception, European cyclical stocks are outperforming defensives (less economically sensitive) markedly.
In essence, at this juncture, European equities are supporting our view that things may ultimately be better than they presently look across the Atlantic, and that global recession risk remains low:
